By participating in our Instagram Live Auction, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before bidding or consigning.
1. Eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years or older to bid in LuxLoveLouis auctions.
- Bidders must be located within the United States. International buyers are not eligible to participate.
- By participating, you agree that all bids are legally binding.
2. Auction Process
- The auction will take place on Instagram Live at the scheduled time announced on our official Instagram account, @LuxLoveLouis.
- To place a bid, participants must type the amount they are willing to pay in the comment section of the live chat.
- Bid increments must be a minimum of $25 for smaller goods and $50 for larger items.
- The highest bid at the end of the 10-second countdown wins.
3. Payment Terms
- Winners will receive an invoice via email and must pay within 24 hours.
- Payment options include credit/debit card, PayPal, and our 8-Week Payment Plan.
4. LuxLoveLouis Policies
- Sales Policy: All sales are final – cancellations or refunds will not be accommodated.
- Payment Plan Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Unpaid balances beyond the 8-week term result in forfeiture of the item and its relisting.
- Anti-Counterfeit Policy: Counterfeit items incur a $275 fee to cover authentication and return shipping costs.
5. Authenticity Guarantee
LuxLoveLouis guarantees 100% authenticity for every item sold. Each item undergoes rigorous authentication using Entrupy and other trusted third-party authenticators.
